Because of work, we live in Lefkosa during the week, and spend our weekends and holidays here at Bahceler. We like this area around Iskele very much. It is not too far from the sea- just close enough to appreciate the sea air, a stone’s throw away from all the amenities. The house is very comfortable, practical and well-sized. We have no complaints, anything but good to say, we couldn`t be happier about northernland. We spend many hours in the garden- working, having coffee with our friends and neighbours. Leaving the hectic lifestyle of London and moving to a quiet and tranquil life of Northern Cyprus was the best thing we have ever done. We chose our home from northernland because of the design of their properties and quality of work. Our new home was ready for us to move into within the time schedule that’s been promised. It was stress free right from the beginning. Even the fixtures and fitting, white goods, bathroom fittings, terrace lightings, gates and iron railing around the garden walls were supplied and done with no added extra. At the last minute we decided on the garage being turned into a forth bedroom, which took one phone call from us from the UK and this was arranged. Having the guest room on the ground floor with a shower and WC makes it so easy when our elderly parents come to stay with us’.

We retired to Northern Cyprus living many years in the UK. We both love living here in Bahceler. It is a perfect place to spend our retirement, has everything we need. Mr. Cennetoglu & Mr. Bozkurt made us feel safe every step of the way, from choosing our plot right up to the moment we moved in. If there was anything we needed, a member of their staff was there. At our age you do not need stress, all we want is to spend time sitting on the terrace, and a little gardening to keep these old bones from rusting. We approached most of the big developers in the area and after discussing what we wanted and inspecting some of the completed projects we chose northernland. It was the best decision we have made since our arrival in North Cyprus two years ago. Construction began last December and it was exciting to watch our dream become a reality. It was a relatively stress-free time, many thanks to northernland’s own angel, Alice Ilban. I think the project gave the site manager Tolga a few headaches as it was an unusual design for him and he is something if a perfectionist. We moved in at the end of July, one month before the contract deadline. Everything is complete to the highest standards and the reality of our new home is even better than we had envisaged from the plan'. |

I am a lecturer of architecture; ı have nothing but praise for the design and build of the houses, the practicality and the way the rooms are intertwining into one another. The finishing is to a very high standard. Throughout the whole day the sun is always around the house and terraces which is important during the winter, keeping the house warm. Having the stone wall and the garden around the house makes it ideal to have different types of planting. We are very happy with Mr. Ahmet and Mr. Koral; if there are any problems they are here right away’. |

northernland real estate, architectural design construction has come up with something pleasant. Pleasant to look at and nice to live in at their site near Kumyalı in the Karpaz peninsula. Situated some forty kilometres north east of Famagusta the development lies on a gently sloping site looking towards the sea. I chose this development quite independently from any deal or request from them. I chose it because there was a degree of lightness and architectural expression, for once, in villa design'. |
